Application Instructions
Ideal free chlorine range: 3 – 5mg/l
1.
Maintain pH level within the ideal range of 7.2 – 7.6. If not in this range,
adjust.
2. Maintain free chlorine level within the ideal range of 3 – 5mg/l.
3. Commissioning freshly filled new hot tubs or ones left drained for a
period of time: Following latest guidance, a commissioning dose of 50mg/l
free chlorine maintained for a minimum of one hour is recommended.
4. If the water temperature is 200C or higher, this product can be carefully
broadcast directly over the hot tub water surface. If in doubt, pre-dissolve
this product in a clean plastic container at a rate of 10g per one litre of
clean warm water. Stir well to ensure product is fully dissolved, then add to
the hot tub with the filter running.
5. Repeat dose if necessary to achieve free chlorine level in step 2.
6. It is recommended that you periodically (e.g., weekly or after prolonged hot
tub use) shock dose your hot tub with Gold Horizons Spa Revive to
eliminate any excess contamination.
