5 Years – The spa shell is warranted to maintain its structural integrity and configuration and to remain free from defects resulting in water loss. |

1 Year – The spa shell surface is warranted against blistering, cracking and delamination. |
| Balboa or Gecko Control Box & Display Module |
1–2 Years (model dependent) – The spa control box and display module are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover consumable components such as fuses, bulbs or gaskets. |
| Basic Spa Components |
1 Year – Covers massage pumps, circulation pump, Wi-Fi module and IR receiver where fitted. |
| Spa Cabinet |
1 Year – Factory-installed side panels are warranted against cracking or peeling. Natural fading and weathering of the cabinet surface are not considered warrantable defects. |
| LED Lighting |
1 Year – Factory-installed LED lighting is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship. |
| Spa Thermal Cover |
1 Year – The supplied spa cover is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship. |
| Skimmer Housing, External Controls, Overlays & Headrests |
90 Days – Covers the skimmer housing, plastic external control components, overlays and spa headrests. |
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims should be directed to Heavenly Hot Tubs Group Ltd. When making a claim, customers should provide their surname, postcode, delivery date and the spa serial number as shown on their order documentation.
Warranty coverage may differ depending on the model purchased and should be confirmed prior to purchase and before making a warranty claim.
Any warranty supplied by Heavenly Hot Tubs will commence from the date of installation.
Heavenly Hot Tubs Group Ltd and its suppliers will not be responsible for consequential losses incurred where a hot tub is being used for commercial purposes.
