Description

Ezy-Test 3-Way Test Strips are the perfect solution for pool and spa owners who want a fast, reliable, and easy way to test their water quality. These test strips provide essential readings for three key water parameters: free chlorine, pH, and total alkalinity. Whether you’re maintaining a swimming pool or a hot tub, Ezy-Test 3-Way Test Strips help ensure your water chemistry stays balanced and safe for swimming or soaking.

Product Benefits:

  • 3-in-1 Testing: Ezy-Test 3-Way Test Strips offer a convenient way to measure three vital water parameters: free chlorine, pH, and total alkalinity. These are the most important factors to monitor for safe, clean water in your pool or spa.

  • Easy and Fast Results: Simply dip the test strip into your pool or hot tub water, wait a few seconds, and compare the colors on the strip with the included color chart for accurate results. It’s the fastest way to test your water without complicated equipment.

  • Ideal for Chlorine Based Pools and Spas: These strips are designed to work perfectly with chlorine sanitisation systems, making them an ideal choice for anyone using chlorine to keep their pool or hot tub clean and safe.

  • Convenient Packaging: Each container of Ezy-Test 3-Way Test Strips contains 50 strips, giving you a month or more of daily water testing. This ensures you can easily keep track of your water quality without the hassle of frequent trips to the pool store.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Pool or Hot Tub for Testing:
Before testing, make sure your swimming pool or spa has been circulating for at least 1-2 hours. This ensures that the water is evenly mixed, providing an accurate reading.

  2. Take a Test Strip from the Container:
Open the container of Ezy-Test 3-Way Test Strips and remove one strip. Be careful not to touch the pads on the strip to avoid contamination, and always reseal the container to keep the strips dry.

  3. Dip the Test Strip into the Water:
Hold the strip by the edges and dip it into the water for about 1-2 seconds. Ensure that the strip is fully submerged, but avoid leaving it in the water for too long.

  4. Remove the Strip and Shake Off Excess Water:
After dipping, take the test strip out of the water and shake off any excess liquid to prevent drips from affecting the results.

  5. Wait for Results:
Allow the test strip to sit for about 15 seconds. During this time, the color pads on the strip will change to reflect the levels of free chlorine, pH, and total alkalinity in your pool or hot tub water.

  6. Compare the Colors to the Chart:
Hold the test strip next to the color chart provided with the test strips. Compare each of the three color pads (free chlorine, pH, and alkalinity) to the chart to determine the water’s chemical levels.

  7. Adjust Water Chemistry If Needed:
Based on the results, you may need to adjust your chlorine or bromine levels, pH, or alkalinity to ensure the water is balanced. Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for adding the appropriate chemicals to your pool or spa.

  8. Dispose of the Used Test Strip:
After testing, dispose of the test strip properly in the trash. Do not flush it down the toilet or throw it in the pool, as this can cause contamination.

Storage:

  • Store in a cool Dry Place
  • Keep out of reach of children
