5 Years – The spa shell is warranted to maintain its structural integrity and configuration and to remain free from defects resulting in water loss. |
| Spa Shell Surface |
3 Years (model dependent) – The spa shell surface is warranted against blistering, cracking and delamination. |
| Control System, Pumps & Heater |
2 Years (model dependent) – Covers the Balboa or Gecko control box, display module, massage pump, circulation pump and heater against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover consumable components such as fuses, bulbs or gaskets. |
| Plumbing |
1 Year – Plumbing pipework and joints are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship that result in water leakage. |
| Spa Jets |
1 Year – Removable spa jets are warranted against manufacturing defects. This excludes damage caused by grit, sand, improper water chemistry or corrosion. Leaks from jet fittings are covered under the plumbing warranty. |
| Optional Spa Components |
1 Year – Covers the Wi-Fi module, Bluetooth module, IR receiver and ozone system where fitted. |
| LED Lighting |
1 Year – Factory-installed LED lighting is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship. |
| Spa Cabinet |
1 Year – Factory-installed cabinet panels are warranted against cracking or peeling. Natural fading and weathering of the surface are not considered warrantable defects. |
| Spa Thermal Cover |
1 Year – Covers the structural integrity of the thermal cover and vinyl. Damage to stitching, straps or locks caused by improper use is excluded. Handles are designed for opening and closing the cover only and should not be used to carry it. Natural wear and tear is not covered. |
| Skimmer Housing, External Controls, Overlays & Headrests |
90 Days – Covers the skimmer housing, plastic external control components, overlays and spa headrests. Natural wear and tear or damage caused by improper water chemistry is excluded. |
Warranty Claims
All end-customer warranty claims must be directed to the retailer from whom the spa was purchased and should be supported by appropriate photographs and/or videos where requested.
Warranty periods may vary depending on the model purchased. Customers should confirm the applicable warranty coverage for their specific spa at the time of purchase.
While replacement parts are covered in accordance with the applicable manufacturer's warranty, labour charges are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated by the supplying retailer.
