Need help replacing your UV lamp?
Please note, if you have a Vortex Neon spa, or are not comfortable opening up your spa cabinet, you will need to call a spa technician to help you change the lamp.
WARNING: Do not touch the UV lamp with your bare hands. Instead, use clean latex gloves or a clean dry cloth. Touching the glass lamp with your skin will leave an oil deposit on the lamp, which will shorten the lamp’s life. This is not covered under warranty.
To be fitted by a qualified electrician, pool, or spa technician only. Heavenly Hot Tubs will not be liable for incorrect installation, damage, or injury caused by an unqualified person installing this part.
