Bronze Hot Tub Care Plan
Our Bronze Hot Tub Care Plan provides an affordable way to have your hot tub’s essential equipment professionally checked every year.
One professional equipment health check each year. It’s ideal for customers who are comfortable managing their own routine cleaning, chemicals and water care but want additional reassurance that their hot tub’s key operating equipment is working as expected.
1 × Annual Hot Tub Equipment Health Check
During your approximately 30-minute visit, our engineer will carry out a focused inspection and operational check of your hot tub’s key equipment.
Your Equipment Health Check includes:
- Visual inspection inside the equipment cabinet
- Check jet pump operation
- Check circulation pump operation
- Check heater operation
- Check control system & topside controls
- Check filtration & circulation
- Check jets, diverters & air controls
- Check UV/ozone systems where fitted
- Visual inspection of accessible pipework, unions & connections
- Check for visible leaks
- Visual check for signs of deterioration, damage or overheating
Preventative Hot Tub Care
Regular equipment checks can help identify visible faults or signs of deterioration before they develop further. Therefore, we’ll let you know about any issues identified during the visit and advise you where further investigation, maintenance or repair may be required.
What’s Not Included?
The Bronze Care Plan is an equipment health check rather than a full hot tub service. Therefore, it does not include draining the spa, pipework flushing, deep cleaning, filter cleaning, water balancing or a Spa Refresh Service.
If you’d like your hot tub professionally cleaned and fully serviced each year, our Silver Hot Tub Care Plan includes a complete Annual Hot Tub Service.
Pay annually and save 5%.
Please note: Replacement parts, repair work, additional labour, chemicals and other maintenance work are not included within the plan and will be charged separately where required.
