Ensure your hot tub stays in the perfect working condition with Heavenly Hot Tubs by getting it regularly serviced as detecting any issues early can prevent bigger problems in the future. Heavenly Hot Tubs annual service ensures your hot tub is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and sanitised. All that is required of you is to leave your hot tub filled with water and turned on so our engineer can be ready to work straight away. This service usually takes between 3-4 hours to complete, depending on the size of your hot tub. After completion, our engineer will provide you with an annual service report that shows the checks completed along with any service recommendations. Any small issues found throughout the service can be fixed there and then with no extra charge. Any broken parts found during the service can be replaced providing our engineer has the suitable parts in their vehicle, again these will be fitted free within the service but any new parts fitted will have to be paid for.

Our technicians will:

• Add Biofilm & Flushing agent to water and shock dose
• Filters placed into cleaning solution and cleaned
• Every jet checked and cleaned
• Full maintenance and performance check
• Pipework and glue-joint inspection
• Empty the spa
• Drain water from all fittings using a wet and dry vacuum
• Deep cleanse, rinse and dry hot tub shell
• Make notes of suggested repairs
• Clean out head of circulation pump and heater from scale
• Tighten all unions, inspect and replace any small seals if required
• Clean, protect and refit the cover
• Refill hot tub with fresh water, rinse and refit filters
• Water balance recommendations

• We are currently booking appointments approximately 14 days in advance
• The price covers hot tubs located 100 miles from our showroom, a travel surcharge will apply for hot tubs located out-with this radius.
