Professional servicing once a year. Your Annual Hot Tub Service combines our complete Spa Refresh Service with a more detailed inspection of your hot tub’s equipment and operating systems. As a result, your spa receives a thorough clean, fresh water, professional water balancing and an annual equipment health check.

Our Annual Hot Tub Service includes a complete Spa Refresh, covering:
- Pipework degrease & system flush
- Complete drain down
- Waterline scrub & acrylic shell clean
- Headrests cleaned
- Removable water jets & diverters removed, cleaned & refitted
- Filters thoroughly cleaned
- Refill with fresh water
- Professional water testing & balancing
- Hot tub cover cleaned & protectant applied
- Cabinet panels cleaned & protectant applied where appropriate
Annual Equipment & Operational Inspection
In addition to the Spa Refresh, our engineer carries out a comprehensive inspection of your hot tub’s key operating equipment.
- Visual inspection inside the equipment cabinet
- Check jet pump operation
- Check circulation pump operation
- Check heater operation
- Check control system & topside controls
- Check filtration & circulation
- Check jets, diverters & air controls
- Check UV/ozone systems where fitted
- Inspect accessible pipework, unions & connections
- Check for visible leaks
- Visual check for signs of deterioration, damage or overheating
Furthermore, we’ll advise you of any faults or recommended remedial work identified during the service, helping you stay informed about the condition of your hot tub.
Professional Annual Hot Tub Care
The Silver Care Plan is ideal if you’re comfortable looking after your day-to-day water care but want your hot tub professionally cleaned and inspected once a year.
Pay annually and save 5%.
Please note: Replacement parts, repair work and additional chemicals are not included within the plan and will be charged separately where required.
