⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the very first visit to the showroom right through to the final install, the service from Heavenly Hot Tubs & Swim Spas was absolutely outstanding. I initially dealt with John in the showroom and his knowledge, honesty and advice immediately put us at ease. Nothing felt like a sales pitch, just genuine experience and passion for helping us choose the right hot tub for our home. The installation itself was far from straightforward and honestly would have put a lot of companies off. Access to our garden was extremely difficult, involving navigating through a gap barely wide enough for John’s jeep, disconnecting the trailer, manually pushing it through, reconnecting it again, then carefully driving a long distance across rough field terrain before finally getting the tub over a fence and into the garden. Watching it all unfold was like a real-life engineering challenge 🛠️🌿 On the day of the install, Ellie came out with John and the two of them worked unbelievably hard as a team. Their professionalism, patience and determination were incredible from start to finish. No stress, no complaints, just two people completely focused on getting the job done properly and safely. Their knowledge of the products and installation process was second to none and the level of customer care we received was genuinely exceptional. It is rare these days to find a company that combines professionalism, expertise and such a personal touch so perfectly. Recently purchased a hot tub from Heavenly Hot Tubs and Swim Spas in Johnstone. Attention and service from the word go has been excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Delivery was arranged at the time of order and was there at the time and date organised. My wife and I found heavenly hot tubs on a Saturday morning after a quick Google search for hottubs showroom near us. We where surprised at the amount of hottub on show when we arrived.  After travelling around Dundee, Edinburgh and other cities we found the hottub that we where looking for just 15 minutes away from our house. A family ran business without any nonsense. when we where looking around there was no pushy sales. Straight forward knowledgeable answers to any questions we had from Heather and Jon. We picked our hottub within 10 minutes as we knew what we wanted from looking around. luckily it was already in stock and was delivered and set up by Jon within a week.
