Keep your hot tub professionally maintained throughout the year with our Gold Hot Tub Care Plan.
Professional servicing approximately every 6 months. The plan combines a comprehensive Spa Refresh Service with our Annual Hot Tub Service. As a result, your hot tub receives professional cleaning, fresh water, water balancing and equipment checks twice throughout the year.
At Approximately 6 Months
1 × Spa Refresh Service
Our Spa Refresh Service provides a comprehensive clean and refresh of your hot tub. It includes:
- Pipework degrease & system flush
- Complete drain down
- Waterline scrub & acrylic shell clean
- Headrests cleaned
- Removable water jets & diverters removed, cleaned & refitted
- Filters thoroughly cleaned
- Equipment check
- Refill with fresh water
- Professional water testing & balancing
- Hot tub cover cleaned & protectant applied
- Cabinet panels cleaned & protectant applied where appropriate
At Approximately 12 Months
1 × Annual Hot Tub Service
Your Annual Hot Tub Service includes everything provided during a Spa Refresh Service. In addition, our engineer carries out a more comprehensive inspection of your hot tub’s equipment and operating systems.
This includes checking the pumps, circulation system, heater, controls, filtration, accessible pipework and other key operating components. Furthermore, we’ll advise you of any faults or recommended remedial work identified during the service.
Regular Professional Hot Tub Care
With professional attention approximately every six months, the Gold Care Plan helps keep your hot tub clean and maintained while allowing potential equipment issues to be identified during scheduled visits.
Pay annually and save 5%.
Please note: Replacement parts, repair work and additional chemicals are not included within the plan and will be charged separately where required.
