Biofilm is a slimy layer that protects bacteria in the water, making it difficult for sanitisers like chlorine and bromine to effectively kill bacteria. Left untreated, biofilm buildup can also damage your hot tub’s pipework, pumps, heaters, and other components, reducing their performance and lifespan.
By using O-Care, you can reduce strain on your spa’s components and keep your water clean and healthy, so your hot tub lasts longer.
Safe: Using O-Care can reduce the amount of Chlorine or Bromine used by 78%. Chemicals can irritate eyes, ears, and skin, so O-Care is especially safe for children who love going underwater.
Soft: The mixture of high-quality mineral salts will leave your skin feeling soft and odorless. You will not need to shower after bathing, which is important when using chemical water treatments alone.

3. If you need installation, we’ll discuss options and arrange a site survey over the phone.
4. Your item(s) will be delivered hassle-free on your chosen date.
5. If you’ve opted for installation, this will be completed on the day of delivery.
Alternatively you can come visit one of ourshowrooms , call us or request a call back and we can arrange everything there and then including finance if desired.
If you’d like to have your hot tub installed, our expert engineers are available to get everything set up for you. Ahead of your installation date, we’ll arrange a site survey (usually completed by phone or video call) to ensure we can access your garden space and allow for a smooth installation.
